About Me
My name is Allison Cothern, MSN, PMHNP-BC and I am a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner in the state of Washington.
We all have a story and because of my own, it has given me the ability to connect with others on the journey of self-improvement, recovery, and healing. From a young age, I knew my purpose was to serve others. It was during my season of discovery I uncovered the world of psychiatric nursing. Here, I fell in love with the idea of combining supportive psychotherapy and evidenced-based medication management together to help others become the best version of themselves.

This is a journey that never stops. We are constantly learning and growing. There are periods of our life where we need extra support. I am here to provide that to you and meet you right where you are. It is my priority to help you feel comfortable while we work together to meet your needs.
